Corem Property Group: Corem signs nine-year lease with Region Stockholm for approximately 1,700 sq.m. in the Globen area, Stockholm

Corem has signed a nine-year lease agreement with the Stockholm Health Care Services, Region Stockholm, for 1,752 sq.m. in the Arenan 6 property in Stockholm. Move-in is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.

The premises at Arenavägen 21 will be modernized, technology and installations upgraded and adapted to the tenant's needs with a focus on functionality and well-being. The property is centrally located in the Globen area along Arenatorget with a wide range of services and next to the Globen Shopping mall, close to indoor parking and the wide range of public transport available in the area.

About the Globen area
The Globen area, just south of Stockholm's inner city, is a vibrant district where the mix of offices, commerce and culture create a pulse both day and night. The area is a workplace hub and a hub for public transport, connecting Södermalm, Hammarby Sjöstad and Årsta/Liljeholmen with the rest of Stockholm. The Globen Shopping mall, located in the heart of the area, offers a wide range of shops, restaurants and services.
