Gary Brown has been supporting Jon Lind since May 2021 operating as both Head of Aftermarket Management and Product Manager together with responsibility for Global Marketing. He brings a deep and broad multi-industry perspective across automotive, electronics/IoT, building products, energy/heat and insurance. Gary has great experience spanning B2B, B2B2C and B2C across traditional sales and digital channels in both Europe, Asia Pacific/Oceania and North America. Most recently Gary was CEO of Mont Blanc Group (global automotive accessories) and prior to that held several executive leadership positions in Product, Strategy and Marketing functions in different businesses including 15 years at the Ford Motor Company and it's various brands. Gary has also worked internationally as an advisor on organisational health, leadership, strategy and innovation.
