In case of any discrepancies, the Swedish version shall prevail.</em></p><p>The Extraordinary General Meeting in Åseda was chaired by the lawyer Per Gruwberger.<br>The meeting decided, in accordance with the Nomination Committee’s proposal, to elect Mats Johansson as a new Board Member and Chairman for the Board.<br>The Nominination Committee for the AGM 2023 shall, according to the EGM’s decision, consist of one representative for each of the company’s four largest shareholders.
