DUG Foodtech (publ) (the “Company”) announces that the Chairman of the Board, Johan Möllerström, has notified the Company of his resignation from the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors has appointed the current ordinary Board member Kaj Söderström as the new Chairman of the Board. The Board otherwise continues to consist of Rolf Bjerndell, Markus Dragicevic and Mats-Ola Andersson.
