Dynavox Group's Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2027 established

Dynavox Group AB (publ) today announced the company's Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2027. 

In accordance with the principles adopted by the Annual General Meeting 2026, the Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting has been established. The Nomination Committee consists of the following members:

• Gustaf Runius, appointed by SEB Funds AB
• Alexander Togba, appointed by Ferd AS
• Joachim Spetz, appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder
• Gitte Pugholm Aabo, Chair of the Board of Directors (co-opted member)

Gustaf Runius has been appointed Chair of the Nomination Committee.
