The annual general meeting approved the proposal from the board of directors to distribute a dividend of NOK 6.00 per share. &nbsp;The dividend will be paid on 10 May 2023 to ordinary shareholders as of 28 April 2023, and who are listed in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository as of 3 May 2023.&nbsp; The Elkem share will be traded ex-dividend from 2 May 2023.
