The Nomination Committee&nbsp; consists of representatives nominated by the three largest shareholders per the last bank-day in the third quarter. </strong></p></div><div class="bequoted-body"><p><strong>The Nomination Committee for the 2024 AGM is:</strong></p><ul><li>Per Collén (for TomEqt Private AB)</li><li>Sten Wranne (for Johan Wieslander AB)</li><li>Thomas Lundqvist</li></ul><p>The Nomination Committee represents 72.9% of the votes in Emplicure.</p><p></p><p>The Nomination Committee shall consist of three representatives nominated by the three largest shareholders per the last business day in September. The chairperson of the Board may be invited to the meetings of the Nomination Committee.
