BMO Entreprenør AS ("BMO"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Endúr ASA ("Endúr"),
has today acquired 100% of the shares in Nero Anlegg AS ("Nero") from K H Skorta
Holding AS and TTSA Holding AS ("The Sellers").
Nero is a small water and sewage (No: "VA") company with 4 employees. The
company reported 2024 revenues of approximately NOK 5 million. The business of
Nero will be closely integrated with BMO's existing businesses and on-going
initiative for organically developing a "no dig" water and sewage offering.
