Extraordinary General Meeting in Conferize A/S – Change in Board
Today's launch of the next generation of the Company’s Event Management Software (EMS V2) marks a new phase for Conferize. EMS V2 lays the foundation for realizing the full potential of the business case and, based on the Company's commercial strategy, earnings are to increase the coming years.
From this point forward Conferize will position itself internationally in the global market for Event Management Software as a novel and innovative solution, with the promise of liberating the full potential of people meeting. It is crucial that the composition of the Board reflects this strategy.
Consequently, Conferize A/S convenes an extraordinary general meeting on 17 December 2018 at 1 pm for electing Christiane Vejlø to the Company's Board. On the same occasion Lars Kolind and Morten Mathiesen resign from the Board of Directors.
