The decision passed by the general meeting is in accordance with the proposal presented in the notice.</p><p><strong>Approval of transfer to related parties of all shares in First Hotels International AS</strong></p><p>The general meeting resolved, in accordance with shareholders' proposal, to approve the transfer to related parties of all shares in First Hotels International AS.</p><p>The approval relates to the sale of all the Company's shares in its subsidiary First Hotels International AS to a bid consortium consisting of Seljeli Invest AS, Gate Group AB and Daimyo AS. The Company's board member Johan Gate is the owner of Gate Group AB and the Company's board member Torje Gabrielsen is a partner in Seljeli Invest AS.
