Flat Capital AB (publ) (“Flat” or the “Company”) announced on 3 June 2026 that Nasdaq Stockholm’s Listing Committee had approved the Company’s application for the admission to trading of the Company’s B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. Trading in the Company’s B shares commences today, 25 June 2026, on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The Company’s B shares will continue to trade under the ticker FLAT B and ISIN code SE0016609846. There is no offering or issuance of B shares in connection with the listing transfer and the Company’s shareholders are not required to undertake any actions due to the listing on Nasdaq Stockholm.
