Today, on 15 June 2026, Salix Group AB ("Salix Group") has its first trading day as an independent listed company on Nasdaq Stockholm following the separation from Volati AB ("Volati").
Salix Group, a leading and rapidly growing B2B trading and distribution platform with an active M&A agenda and strong proprietary brands within primarily building-related products, and with primary operations in the Nordics and Ireland, is as of today a separately listed company on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The Annual General Meeting of Volati resolved on 29 April 2026 to distribute all of Volati's shares in its subsidiary Salix Group to Volati's ordinary shareholders. All shares held by Volati in its subsidiary Salix Group have been distributed to Volati's ordinary shareholders, whereby one (1) ordinary share in Volati entitled the holder to one (1) share in Salix Group. The shares in Salix Group are traded under the ticker symbol SALIX and have the ISIN code SE0028329540.
