Genovis operates in biotechnology. The main focus is on the development of enzymes used in various pharmaceuticals. The company's patented NIMT technology is developed to facilitate the LifeScience industry to conduct preclinical research. The company's products are resold under several brands. Yksinäistä jutustelua täällä. No, mikäs siinä en ala väittelemään itseni kanssa.  Vuosikertomus tarkentaa yllä käymiäni pohdintoja.  Vuosikokoukselta toivon vastauksia ainakin näihin:  kuinka suuri 2025 kasvusta tuli ADC:sta? Vuosikokouksen aika. Hallinto pysyy samana, ja palkitsemisjärjestelmää tarkennetaan sitoen sitä nimenomaan kehitysvaiheeseen (ei tähtäin osingoissa). Pyydetään valtuuksia 6,6 miljoonan osakeantiin (tarkoittaisi 10% diluutiota sellaisenaan). Mahtaako tämä signaloida jonkinlaista yritysostoa? Hyvä että kauppa käy. Minusta näyttää että Genovis on premier-entsyymitoimittaja jonka tuotteilla on uniikkeja ominaisuuksia ja siten hinnoitteluvoimaa. Holdailen tätä pienellä painolla odottelemassa parempia aikoja.

Tuossa on paljon potentiaalia vakiinnuttaa Genovisin palvelut lääkekehityksen alkuvaiheen “välttämättömäksi” osaksi (standardiksi?) - olettaen että G kykenee tarjoamaan parempaa ja luotettavampaa datan laatua. Onnistuessaan tarkoittaisi myös volyymin skaalautumista ilman ekstraponnisteluita myynnin osalta. Vai ymmärränkö oikein?
