H100 Group AB ("H100" or the "Company") announces that its CEO, Eirik Grøttum, has acquired 407,163 shares in the Company through a closely associated company, for a total consideration of SEK 621,887. Following the purchases, companies closely associated with Eirik Grøttum hold a total of 5,399,464 shares in H100.
The shares were acquired by Kode Oslo AS, a company in which Eirik Grøttum is a board member, holds 20 per cent and participates in investment decisions. Of the shares, 405,663 were acquired on 15 September 2026 at an average price of SEK 1.53 per share, and 1,500 were acquired on 19 August 2026 at a price of SEK 1.40 per share. The average price for all purchases is SEK 1.53 per share.
Following the transactions, Kode Oslo AS holds 2,771,787 shares in the Company. In addition, Olav Grøttum Holding AS, a company wholly owned by Eirik Grøttum, holds 2,627,677 shares.
