HAV Group ASA: Subsidiary to supply ferry chargers to Fjord1

HAV Group
29 January 2026 - HAV Group's energy design and smart control systems business
has been chosen to delivery two onshore stations to the Krakhella-Rysjedalsvika
ferry crossing in the Sognefjord, enabling electric ferry operation on the West
coast of Norway.

The two charging stations serve complementary roles. At Rysjedalsvika, the
installation will handle rapid turnaround charging with more than 8 MW capacity
from an integrated battery system and autonomous charging tower. At Krakhella,
the company will deliver a container-based shore station featuring MCS (Megawatt
Charging System) high-power charging and facilities for overnight layover.

The Krakhella charging station is scheduled for completion in the second half of
2026, while Rysjedalsvika will be delivered in 2028. The combined contract value
is in excess of NOK 50 million.

Last year, HAV Group's subsidiary was also awarded a contract by Tersan Shipyard
to act as system integrator and deliver power and automation systems for the
newbuild ferry - NB 1137 - that will operate the Krakhella-Rysjedalsvika ferry
crossing.

"We are pleased that Fjord1 has chosen us to provide a complete shore power
system that is integrated towards a ferry where we already hold a system
integrator role. This obviously reduces risk for all parties involved. It also
underlines our position as a complete supplier of electrification solutions to
the maritime industry," says Siv Remøy-Vangen, managing director of HAV Group's
energy design and smart control systems business.

HAV Group's contract party is Norwegian Electric Systems AS (NES).

"As the adoption of alternative fuels has taken longer than the maritime
industry initially expected, utilising electrification as a mean to optimise and
decarbonise vessel operations has become a highly popular and reliable option.
NES has proven its ability to capitalise on this trend, which we expect to
continue," says Gunnar Larsen, CEO of HAV Group ASA.
