As part of the settlement, Northerner Scandinavia Inc has agreed to pay 2.5 million USD to the City of San Francisco, whereof 1 million USD is already reserved. The remaining amount will be reported as items affecting comparability in the third quarter 2025.</div><div class="mfn-body">The San Francisco City Attorney filed a complaint against Northerner Scandinavia Inc and two other entities regarding the online sale of flavored nicotine products to residents of San Franciso. Northerner Scandinavia Inc has now reached a settlement with the City Attorney of San Francisco and the People of the State of California, according to which Northerner will make a one-time payment and discontinue all sales of nicotine products to San Francisco residents.
