<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Reference is made to announcement dated November 25, 2025 regarding an initial agreement for the construction of a new data center facility in the Narvik region in Norway.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>HENT has now entered into an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract with Aker Nscale for the construction of a new data center with a capacity of 25 MW in Kvandal, outside Narvik. The agreement includes delivery of the building and infrastructure related to the project.</p><p>-&nbsp;Data centers are a growing and strategically important industry, and we are proud to be chosen to realize one of the most exciting industrial projects in Northern Norway,” says Jan Jahren, CEO of Sentia.</p><p>The project now being realized is part of the Kvandal Nord site.
