Oslo, 24 November 2025: On 21 November 2025, Sonstad AS, a close associate of
the Chair of the Board Jon Øyvind Eriksen, has acquired a total of 8,999 shares
in Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) for an average purchase
price of NOK 11.58020. Following the acquisition, Jon Øyvind Eriksen holds a
total of 3,600,020 shares in the Company, equal to approximately 13.2% of the
outstanding shares in the Company, through Sonstad AS (Group).
