Huscompagniet is Denmark’s largest housebuilder. It offers customers an array of customizable house designs across its three segments, detached, semi-detached and Sweden. Its most popular product is its detached, single-story, brick houses, sold primarily to private individuals. However, Huscompagniet is increasingly active in building new terraced houses for private investors, professional investors and business-to-business. Its detached segment, however, remains its primary revenue driver.

Huscompagniet outsources construction to trusted partners, and therefore, operates an asset-light, flexible and risk mitigated business model.
