Company Announcement No. 01-2025 | Inside informationCopenhagen, 17 January 2025Impero adjusts EBITDA outlook for 2024 In connection with preparation of the end-of-year financial statements, we have concluded that an adjustment is required of EBITDA outlook for 2024.In Company Announcement no. 02-2024 released on 14 March 2024, Impero provided EBITDA outlook of negative 11-9M DKK for the year 2024.&nbsp; We are now changing our EBITDA outlook for 2024 from negative DKK 11-9M to negative DKK 9-8.5M.The change is due to other capacity costs and staff costs reaching a lower level than anticipated.Preliminary ARR result The preliminary ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) amounts to DKK 38.7M as of 31 December 2024. This is in line with the ARR outlook of DKK 38-42M that we provided in Company Announcement no. 2-2024.Annual Report release Please note that figures referenced above are unaudited.&nbsp;Impero's Annual Report 2024 is scheduled to be released on 13 March 2025.<div></div>
