The issue was carried out in connection with Addnode Group’s acquisition of Genus AS, with part of the purchase price paid with newly issued B shares in Addnode Group. </strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Through the share issue the number of B shares in the company increased by 2,024,442 and the number of votes increased by 2,024,442.</p><p>As of the last trading day in July 2025, there were in total 136,552,674 shares in Addnode Group, divided into 3,948,696 A shares and 132,603,978 B shares.
