Inderes yhdistää sijoittajat ja pörssiyhtiöt. Yhtiö tuottaa syväluotaavaa osaketutkimusta ja sijoittajaviestinnän ratkaisuja yli 400 pörssiyhtiölle, jotka haluavat palvella sijoittajia paremmin.
Inderes on listattu Nasdaq First North -markkinapaikalle ja se toimii Suomessa, Ruotsissa, Tanskassa ja Norjassa.

Tässä on Sebulta tuore katsaus Inderesiin.  Inderes delivered solid monthly sales in November with sales increasing by  15% y/y. The strong growth owes to improved CMD activity. The sales beat our  estimate by EUR 0.2m, which was the case also in October. Consequently, after  two months of reporting in Q4 the sales run-rate is some EUR 0.4m above our  current projection. Our positive read-x is also supported by the fact that  Inderes has managed to win CMDs also in Sweden. Inderesin osakkeessa on huono vaihto. Ainoat keinot myydä osaketta runsaasti on löytää ostaja tai hyvä uutinen. Tällä kertaa hyvä uutinen oli toinen peräkkäinen hyvä kuukausi. Tappioiden realisointi voi olla ihan hyvä syy myydä. Osake ei näytä erityisen edulliselta, ellei usko menon paranemiseen. Itse uskon jossain määrin siihen, ja toisaalta johdon löytävän uuden kasvupolun, jos nykyiset eivät oikein lähde odotetusti. Sen takia tuplasin omistukset isohkoon myyntiin. Ostajiin pätee sama kuin myyntiin. Sillon pitää tehdä kauppaa, kun on vastapuoli. Tänään ei olis ehkä irronnut 6 tuhatta osaketta.

Kyllähän noihin 26 lukuihin on sisään ajettu aika kovat kasvu luvut jos peilaa vaikka 2024 oikaistua EPSiin. Tuleeko kasvu läpi ja mistä komponenteista on lienee se kysymys?

Tämän osalta uskoisin, että johdolla on jo niin iso omistus yrityksestä, ettei olisi hyväksi (edes vaihdolle), että sitä kasvattaisivat.

Mukavat kasvuluvut Inderesiltä marraskuussa  Tulosvaroituksen jälkeen on saatu kahdet hyvät kuukausiluvut ja ipo-ikkunakin on päässyt vauhtiin. Muutenkin pörsseissä on vallinnut positiivinen sentimentti eli ajurit Inderesin osakkeellekin pitäisi olla paremminkin positiiviset. Silti kurssi on jatkunut laskusuunnassa ja itselle selkeä ainoa negatiivinen ajuri on mahdolliset loppuvuoden veromyynnit.  Siksi kysynkin teiltä muilta, että jääkö nyt jotain negatiivista kehitystä itseltäni huomaamatta? Onko Ruotsissa joku huomannut jotain nihkeämpää kehitystä? Pelkääkö jotkut sijoittajat AI:n vievän Inderesiltä markkinan? Onko Inderes kohdannut jollain segmenteiltä aikaisempaa kovempaa kilpailua ja tulevaisuuden kannattavuuteen ei nyt uskota enää entiseen mallin? Jotain muuta? Samassa yhteydessä lienee fiksua todeta, ettei myöskään johtoa ole kiinnostanut Inderesin arvostuskertoimiltaan tervehtynyt osake. Avatkaa sanaisia arkkujanne ja kertokaa mikä meitä omistajia uhkaa. Nokian Panimon osalta Evli sinällään luontainen valinta sekä IPO- että analyysikumppaniksi, kun yhtiön pääomistaja on Evlin perustaja ja oli hpj:na viime aikoihin asti. Analyysiasiakkuus Inden kanssa voisi olla todennäköisempi, jos kasvuinvestoinnit oikeasti johtavat kasvuun. Oma uskomukseni on, että näistä listautujista pikkuhiljaa alkaa valua myös analyysiasiakkaita Indelle. Toivotaan, että ikkunat pörssiin pysyvät jatkossa paremmin auki ja myyntisyklit ovat lyhyempiä kuin Bittiumilla ennen Venäjän hyökkäyssotaa.
