With reference to the press release published earlier today regarding the revised dates for the Annual General Meeting and publication of the annual report, Abelco Investment Group AB (the “Company”) wishes to provide background information regarding the change.
The postponement is due to the Company requiring additional time to finalize the work on the annual report ahead of its publication on 9 June 2026 and the Annual General Meeting on 30 June 2026.
The Board of Directors does not consider that the change affects previously disclosed information.
