Inside information: Elli Siltala appointed as CEO of Raisio plc

The Board of Directors of Raisio plc has appointed Elli Siltala, M.Sc. (Econ.), as the new Chief Executive Officer of Raisio plc. She will assume the position on 1 September 2026. Siltala joins Raisio from SOK , where she has served as Chief Loyalty and Media Officer and as a member of the Group Executive Team. SOK is the Central Finnish Cooperative Society for the S Group cooperatives.
Elli Siltala has more than 25 years of experience in the international food and retail industries as well as in senior business leadership roles. Prior to SOK, she held several senior positions in business management, sales, marketing and international business at the dairy and food company Valio, and was also a member of the Group Executive Team.

On 21 May 2026, Raisio announced that Pasi Flinkman, who has been leading the Raisio Group as CEO since June 2024, had decided to leave the company. He will continue as CEO until 1 September 2026.
