<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Three Instalco subsidiaries have signed an agreement with NCC for work to modernise Häradsskrivaren, a block of residential buildings in Östersund. The assignment includes electrical, heating &amp; plumbing and ventilation installations, with a total order value of approximately SEK 36 million. The client is NCC, on behalf of Östersundshem.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The Instalco companies RP Montage &amp; Energipartner (heating &amp; plumbing), Ovab Optimal Ventilation (ventilation) and TC Kraft (electrical) will carry out the projects, which comprises the renovation of 128 apartments. The renovations involve replacement of kitchens and bathrooms, electrical installations and ventilation systems as well as new heating distribution lines in the basement.</p><p>“We are delighted to be a part of the development of Östersund and the modernisation of Häradsskrivaren, in partnership with NCC and Östersundshem. Renovation projects are an important part of future-proofing the existing housing stock. We look forward to delivering high-quality installations with a long service life,” says Anders Thors, CEO of RP Montage &amp; Energipartner.</p><p>Renovation, refurbishment and extension projects place high demands on planning, coordination and consideration for the living environment, particularly in central locations and in properties with existing tenants.
