Mitä Deloitten työtä vuodelta 2025 oikein tsrkoitetaan? Vuoden 2025 tilintarkastustakertomusta ollut vielä annettu. Toki jos sama homma on jatkunut jo aikaisempina vuosina, niin sitten tuolla on pohjaa.

En ole perehtynyt sen tarkemmin tähän, mutta yleisesti jos muu hallitus koostuu sellaisista henkilöistä, jotka eivät ole yrityksen jokapäiväisessä toiminnassa mukana työntekijöinä ja toimivat vain hallituksessa, niin jos näille toimitetaan väärennettyjä sopimuksia ja muita väärennöksiä esim väärennettyjä rahtikirjoja, niin hallitus tyytyväinen, kun soppareita “syntyy”, tavara “liikkuu” ja rahaakin tulee joltain Ruotsin viranomaiselta. Ja tilintarkastajallakin vaikeaa, jos hänelle syötetään väärennettyjä asiakirjoja. Vaikea sitä on alkaa kiistämään, jos rahtikirja tai yms kertoo, että tavara liikkunut ja löytyy sopimus tästä myynnistä sekä mahdollisesti tukena vielä vaikka viestinvaihtoa. Nämä siis jos. Se on tietty oma juttunsa, että pitäisikö olla vähän enemmän skeptinen, jos sovitut maksuajat eivät ole ihan tästä maailmasta.

Osaltaan varmasti helpotti myös se, ettei Intellego ollut pörssilistattu yritys.

Jos 99% liikevaihdosta on väärennöstä, on tämän täytynyt jatkua jo vuositolkulla. Jo 2022 liikevaihtoa kirjattu 57 miljoonaa kruunua. Millä työntekijöidenkin palkat on maksettu? Olemattomalle bisnekselle myönnetty satojen miljoonien luottolimitti? Tilintarkastajat eivät huomaa mitään? Hallitus ei huomaa mitään outoa, vaikka ovat valvoneet olematonta bisnestä vuosia? Ei tämän pitäisi vain olla mahdollista. Jos tämän laajuinen petos onnistuu noin helposti, pitäisi koko Ruotsin pörssi ja kaikki Deloitten tilintarkastamat yhtiöt hinnoitella uudestaan jollain banaanivaltiokertoimilla. Onko tälle jokin parempi selitys? Hallitus ja tilintarkastaja ovat olleet mukana petoksessa?

Nordnetissa oli AI -yhteenveto. Intellego-tilintarkastajasta tehty ilmoitus tänään klo 16.15 ∙ AI-uutisyhteenveto Aktiespararna on tehnyt ilmoituksen Intellego Technologiesin tilintarkastajasta, Deloittesta, Ruotsin tilintarkastusvalvonnalle KPMG:n forensisen raportin perusteella. Raportin mukaan 99 % Intellego Technologiesin Q1-Q3 2025 liikevaihdosta oli kirjattu virheellisesti, ja ongelmat saattavat ulottua pidemmällekin menneisyyteen. Tällä toimenpiteellä pyritään selvittämään, noudattiko Deloitte ammatillisia tilintarkastusstandardeja, ottaen huomioon listatun yhtiön sisäisen valvonnan puutteet. Intellego Technologiesin osakkeen kaupankäynti on ollut keskeytettynä marraskuun 18. päivästä lähtien.   KPMG:n forensinen raportti osoitti, että 99 % Intellego Technologiesin Q1-Q3 2025 liikevaihdosta oli kirjattu virheellisesti.   Aktiespararna on tehnyt ilmoituksen Intellego Technologiesin tilintarkastajasta, Deloittesta, Ruotsin tilintarkastusvalvonnalle.   Kantelu Deloittea vastaan koskee heidän tilintarkastustyötään vuosilta 2024 ja 2025.   Intellego Technologiesin osakkeen kaupankäynti on keskeytetty edellisen vuoden marraskuun 18. päivästä lähtien.

Mun mielestä tämän kommentin pitäisi lopettaa kaikki spekuloinnit onko kusetus vai ei. “It is clear that the former CEO sidestepped all safeguards, including the board’s oversight. We were all deceived by an expert fraudster”, says Greg Batcheller, chairman of the Board at Intellego.
