<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>JM have started the production of 52 owner-occupied residential units in the first project in a new block in Tapiola, Espoo.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The housing start is reported within the JM Finland business segment in the fourth quarter of 2025. Sales are underway and completion is estimated for the second quarter of 2027.</p><p>– JM plans to build a total of 200 high quality residential units in Tapiola. The project starting now will be the first Swan labeled housing in the area, says Kati Valtonen, Regional Manager West, JM Finland.</p><p>The apartments will be in an excellent location close to the services available in Tapiola center, only eight kilometers from the center of Helsinki.
