Jon will remain as Chairman until the Annual General Meeting on April 29, 2025.</p><p>The Nomination Committee's complete proposal will be published no later than in conjunction with the notice of the Annual General Meeting.</p><p>This information is information that Knowit AB (publ) is obliged to make public pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
