Kungsleden AB: Kungsleden's Oxel property starts up its solar panel system and leases a further 400 sq.m.
Kungsleden has leased 400 sq.m. in Oxel, the new office concept that provides inspiration for an active working day. A solar panel system and charging stations for electric cars have also been installed in the property, which is a part of Oxelbergen 1:2.

It offers an inspiring and attractive workplace where people are encouraged to practice an active lifestyle.

Our aim is to make it easy for our tenants to contribute to a sustainable society. We are pleased to have now started up the new solar panel system, which has an output of 254.6 KWh, and that it is now possible to charge electric cars," says Tommy Svärd, Asset Manager at Kungsleden.
The first tenants moved into the property, comprising 5,900 sq.m. of leasable floor space, in April 2020 and there are now four tenants in total.
