<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong><a rel="noopener" href="https://www.lifco.se/">Lifco</a></strong><strong> has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in the Dutch company </strong><strong><a rel="noopener" href="https://www.klemko.nl/homepage">Klemko Group B.V.</a></strong><strong> Klemko Group develops and sells electrical and mechanical installation materials and lightning products under own brands to installers and OEMs, predominantly via wholesalers.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>In 2024, Klemko Group reported net sales of approximately EUR 19.1 million. The company is based in Soest, the Netherlands and has 41 employees. Klemko Group will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Infrastructure Products.
