<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong><a rel="noopener" href="https://www.lifco.se/">Lifco</a></strong><strong> has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in the Danish company </strong><strong><a rel="noopener" href="https://www.rt-stainless.com/">R&amp;T Stainless A/S</a></strong><strong>. R&amp;T Stainless supplies equipment and components to builders of public playgrounds globally.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>In 2024, R&amp;T Stainless reported net sales of approximately DKK 114 million. The company is based in Glostrup, Denmark and has twelve employees.
