Oslo, Norway, 24 February 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Lytix Biopharma AS ("Lytix" or the "Company") on 10 February 2026 regarding the results of a subsequent offering of new shares (the "Subsequent Offering"), raising NOK 16,306,227 in gross proceeds.&nbsp;The share capital increase relating to the Subsequent Offering has been registered today with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. In total, 1,811,803 shares (the "Offer Shares") have been issued through the Subsequent Offering.
