Magnora operates in the energy sector. The company invests in renewable energy solutions, such as wind and solar power. Esitteessä mainitaan muutamaan kertaan Oslon Euronext Growth lista, joka vastaa vähän kuin First north listausta Suomessa tai Ruotsissa. Hermana listattiin aiemmin päälistalle. Itsellä ongelmana on että Magnoran osakkeeni ovat OP:n säilytyksessä eikä niiden kautta voi käydä kauppaa Euronext Growth listan osakkeista kuin meklaritoimeksiantoina. Harkinnassa osakkeiden myyminen ja ostaminen takaisin spinnauksen jälkeen. Liekö muidenkin pelko tulevan DC osakkeen likviditeetistä syynä tämän päivän kurssireaktioon -9%?

Tänään julkaistu investor presentation harkinnassa olevaan datakeskus-IPO:on liittyen:  Pörssitiedote: Magnora ASA: Investor presentation for a potential IPO of its data center business Itse esitys: Magnora Data Center ASA, Investor Presentation   Highlights from the contemplated transaction:  Magnora Data Center ASA (“Magnora DC”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of  Magnora ASA, and a separate listing on Euronext Growth Oslo is being  contemplated. In connection with the contemplated IPO, Magnora DC is considering  undertaking a private placement raising gross proceeds of minimum NOK 500  million. As previously communicated, Magnora ASA intends to continue investing and at  this stage remain a major shareholder in the data center business after the  IPO. Following the completion of the recently announced private placement, Magnora  ASA has initiated the final IPO preparation process and currently expects the  contemplated listing to be completed in Q2 2026, subject to market  conditions. Separate listing of Magnora Data Center ASA to provide investors with a  pure-play exposure to the strongly growing data center market, building  further on Magnora ASA’s data center portfolio and organization. Public market access expected to enable new business opportunities and M&A,  also giving the Company the opportunity to use shares as currency. Use of proceeds: Development of currently secured projects, organization  development and acquisitions of further green- and brownfield projects. Arctic Securities AS has been engaged as Sole Global Coordinator and  Bookrunner (the “Manager”). Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS acts as legal advisor to  Magnora DC, and Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS acts as legal advisor to the  Manager.

Seb nostanut tavoitehinnan 45NOK, ja näkee potentiaalin 70 kruunussa. Tekoälyn käännös:  Oslo (Infront TDN Direkt): SEB nostaa Magnoran tavoitehinnan 45 kruunuun aiemmasta 30 kruunusta ja toistaa osakkeen ostosuosituksen. Tämä käy ilmi maanantaina julkaistusta analyysistä. Tavoitehinnan nosto heijastaa päivitettyä SOTP-mallia (osien summa -arvostus), joka pohjautuu yhtiön eri teknologioiden maaomaisuuteen vuoden 2026 ensimmäisellä neljänneksellä. Lisäksi välittäjäliike nostaa esiin konesaliliiketoiminnan mahdollisen jakautumisen ja pörssilistauksen tuoman nousupotentiaalin. “Analyysi korostaa merkittävää nousupotentiaalia herkkyysanalyyseillä, jotka osoittavat mahdollisten arvojen ylittävän 70 kruunua osakkeelta sitä mukaa kun kaupallistaminen etenee, mikä korostaa oman pääoman vahvaa optioarvoa. Sisällytämme mukaan myös toiminnan jatkuvuuteen (going concern) perustuvan arvostusmenetelmän”, SEB kirjoittaa.

Oma mielipide mahdollisesta iposta: lähtökohtaisesti vastaan tällaisia älynväläyksiä, joihin palaa fyrkkaa ja perusteluna on ettei saa muka oikeaa arvostusta osana nykyistä kokonaisuutta. Kuulostaa vähän samalta, kuin huutelu aikoinaan legacy-öljyistä. Se kikkailu ei tainnut lopulta hirveämmin luoda omistaja-arvoa… Mulle ois kelvannut nykyiselläänkin, arvostus ( tai osingot) seuraa kuitenkin lopulta kassavirtoja. Turhaa kikkailua IMO!
