The recruitment of a new ordinary CEO is ongoing.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>As communicated by the Company in a press release on 15th January 2024, the Company and Philip Chaabane has agreed that Philip Chaabane shall step down as the Company’s CEO in connection with the Annual General Meeting on 16th May 2024, at which he is proposed as new chairman of the Board of Directors. Before the Annual General Meeting the Company today announces that Philip Chaabane formally has steeped down as CEO and been replace by the Company’s former CFO, Magnus Henell, in accordance with previous communication.
