Major shareholding notification due to acquisition of own shares

Nyfosa AB (publ) (“Nyfosa”) hereby announces, in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 18 of the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980), that the company on 20 February 2026 acquired such a number of own ordinary shares of Class A that the company’s total holding of own shares thereafter amounts to 11,000,610 ordinary shares of Class A, corresponding to 5.28605 percent of the total number of votes and shares in the company.

The acquisitions of own shares are carried out in accordance with the board of directors’ resolution to utilise the authorisation regarding acquisitions of own shares granted by Nyfosa’s Annual General Meeting held on 6 May 2025. Acquisitions of own shares may be made in accordance with Nasdaq Stockholm’s Rulebook for Issuers of Shares, on one or more occasions, during the period up until Nyfosa’s Annual General Meeting 2026.
