Oslo, 22 April 2021: The annual general meeting of Mercell Holding AS (the "Company") was held today, on 22 April 2021.
All the proposed resolutions set out in the notice of the annual general meeting were adopted in accordance with the board of directors' proposals, including the proposal to convert the Company from a private limited liability company to a public limited liability company (Nw.: allmennaksjeselskap (ASA)). The Company is expected to be converted into an ASA and thereby change its legal name to Mercell Holding ASA, on or about 23 April 2021.
