Please find attached the minutes from the Annual General Meeting of Huddlestock
Fintech AS. The meeting was held today at 10:00 CEST as a digital meeting via
live webcast through Microsoft Teams.

All items on the agenda were approved by the General Meeting as proposed by the
Board of Directors.
