The order value is in the range of USD 12-14 million. Delivery of one system is planned for the second quarter of 2025 and the other system for the second quarter of 2026.</div><div class="mfn-body">Prexision MMS is a metrology system for quality assurance of photomasks for displays. Prexision MMS measures the position of the written pattern on the photomask.
