Nanologica's Chief Financial Officer Eva Osterman has decided to leave the company. Eva will remain in the Group until 31 August 2026 to ensure a smooth handover and support the recruitment of her successor. The recruitment process has begun.
"Since she started in 2017, Eva has had a central role in the company and been a big part of shaping the Nanologica we are today," says Andreas Bhagwani, CEO of Nanologica AB. "As CFO, she has been crucial for several important milestones, including the listing on Nasdaq Stockholm in 2022, and she has created the conditions for being able to handle the requirements that exist for a listed company even as a small company. Eva's broad knowledge and proven capacity has been a great asset to the company and I would like to extend a big and warm thank you for her support and great commitment over the years and wish her all the best in the future."

Eva will continue in her role as CFO until August 31st to ensure a smooth handover and support the recruitment a new CFO. The work of finding her successor has begun.
