Toinen vuosineljännes huhti–kesäkuu 2024  Liikevaihto laski 14,1 MSEK 83,1 MSEK:iin (97,2) verrattuna viime vuoden vastaavaan neljännekseen. Liiketulos (EBIT) laski 73,6 MSEK –60,3 MSEK:iin (13,3), vastaten liiketulosmarginaalia –72,6 prosenttia (13,7). Aktivoidun kehityskustannuksen alaskirjaus oli 31,4 MSEK neljänneksellä. Oikaistu EBITDA laski 51,5 MSE

Closing is expected to occur on 28 June 2024 and will be subject to certain customary conditions, including approval at a shareholders’ meeting. Hyvä muistaa, että Jumpshipin Somerville vastasi n.50% EBITistä Q4:lla, valtaosa pelin tuloista taisi olla Game Pass maksusta. Tämä oli suunnilleen sama summa, joka Jumpshipistä ostohetkellä maksettiin. Mahdolliset earn-outit yli 100 milj. SEK vielä tuohon päälle. Peli ei ole mikään arvostelumenestys ollut, ja Jumpshipillä ei muita julkistettuja projekteja ole vielä putkessa. Tehtiinkö yritysosto vain hätäpäissään lukuja kertaluontoisesti kaunistamaan, voinee kysyä. Varastotasoja sentään saatiin alas Q4:n aikana.
