<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Netel Holding AB's (publ) ("Netel") Swedish operations have signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Elcenter i Söderköping Aktiebolag ("Elcenter"). Through the acquisition, Netel's offering is further strengthened in various services within power, including road lighting, solar cells and charging infrastructure. In 2020/2021 (broken financial year), Elcenter had sales of approximately SEK 30 million with good profitability.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>“The add-on acquisition of Elcenter is an addition in the power sector and adds expertise in service areas where we see a strong future market. Through our subsidiary Oppunda Kraftkonsult AB, we have long worked with Elcenter and thereby know and appreciate both the company's strengths and its market position,” comments Ove Bergkvist, CEO of Netel.</p><p>“We are working on an attractive market with good expected future demand.
