<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>The extraordinary general meeting of Modelon AB (publ) resolved on 19 September 2024 to change the articles of association whereby the division of A shares and B shares in the articles of association was removed, i.e. all shares in the Company shall be of the same share class (ordinary shares). On 24 September 2024, the company announced record date for the conversion.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The new record date for the conversion will be 1 October 2024. Shareholders do not need to take any action due to the conversion. From 30 September 2024, the ordinary shares will be traded.
