<div class="mfn-preamble">The members of the nomination committee for Viva Wine Group's annual general meeting in 2025 have now been appointed.</div><div class="mfn-body">In accordance with the instructions for the nomination committee decided by the 2024 annual general meeting, Viva Wine Group's nomination committee shall consist of four members. The nomination committee shall consist of members appointed by each of the three shareholders with the largest number of votes who wish to participate in the nomination committee and the company's board chairman.The members of the nomination committee have now been appointed based on the ownership relationships as of September 30, 2024. Björn Wittmark, appointed by Late Harvest Wine Holding AB, Vin &amp; Vind AB, Legendum Capital AB, is chairman of the nomination committee. The other members are Carl-Michael Bergendahl, appointed by Bergendahl &amp; Son, and Magnus Malm, appointed by Svolder.
