<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>According to the decision at the annual general meeting the Modelon AB nomination committee consist of three members representing the largest company shareholders by voting power and the chairman of the board as adjunct member.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>If any of the three largest shareholders chooses to not use the right to appoint a member in the nomination committee, the right goes to the next largest shareholder in order by voting power. Nomination committee consists of:</p><ul><li>Johan Andreasson, Chairman, appointed by Noledom Holding AB</li><li>Kai Tavakka, appointed by Accendo Capital SICAV RAIF</li><li>Matt Zack, appointed by Ansys Inc.</li><li>Christer Ljungberg, chairman of the board, adjunct</li></ul><p>Annual meeting in Modelon will be held in Lund on May 14, 2024.
