Please find attached the company's report for the third quarter of 2025.
In July, the company completed a successful share issue that raised NOK 30
million in new equity. Investments under the renewed strategy have been
initiated, and both testing and screening of opportunities with financial and
more industrial character have begun.
After the end of the quarter, a reverse split of 175:1 was carried out in
accordance with Oslo Stock Exchange rules, and the company's ISIN has been
changed. The company has participated as an underwriter in a successful share
issue, and made one industrial and one financial investment of limited, but not
insignificant size. We also had a planned share purchase fall through due to
pre-emption rights held by existing shareholders.
With a strengthened capital structure, disciplined operations, and a growing
pipeline of potential investments, we are well positioned to execute on our
