Arendal, 24 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made
by Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") on 4 June 2026, regarding the notice of
the annual general meeting to be held on 25 June 2026 at 09:00 CEST (the "AGM").
The chair of the Company's board of directors, Terje Bodin Larsen, or a person
appointed by him, has received proxies without voting instructions to vote on
behalf of 17,259,863 shares at the AGM, representing 10.62% of the share capital
and votes in the Company at the time of the AGM, thereby exceeding the 10%
threshold set out in section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act. The
proxies are only valid for the AGM. In addition, Terje Bodin Larsen holds 75,000
shares in the Company through Vineta Ltd.
