Notice on the proceedings of the Annual General Assembly in Seluxit A/S
Company announcement no. 62
The Annual General Assembly was held today at Seluxit A/S, where the following was decided in accordance with the items on the agenda.
- The general assembly took the board's report on Seluxit’s business activities for the fiscal year into consideration. They approved the company's revised annual report for 2022/23, including the board's proposal that the year's negative result should be transferred to the coming financial year, as described in the annual report.
- The general assembly announced discharge to the Company's management and board of directors.
- The board's proposal for remuneration to board members for the financial year 2023/24 was approved.
- Torben Storgaard, Peter Lyck and Mille Tram Lux were re-elected to the board.
- EY Godkendt Revisionspartnerselskab was re-elected as the company's auditor.
Immediately after the holding of the general assembly, the board constituted itself with Torben Storgaard as chairman and Peter Lyck as deputy chairman.
