<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Technologies AB, a leading supplier of lithography solutions based on nanoimprint lithography (NIL), has received an order from a Swedish University for the supply of an EITRE 6 NIL-system. The order value amounts to approx. 5.8 million SEK.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The EITRE 6 system will be installed in the customer’s cleanroom facilities. The system will be used in R&amp;D activities with a focus on microfabrication and more specifically for patterning purposes of different kinds of materials on various substrates materials, including polymeric materials such as, photoresists on rigid or flexible substrates.
