<pre>Oslo, 4 February 2025: Board member Kathrine Elisabeth Gamborg Andreassen has informed the board of directors of Observe Medical ASA (the "Company" or "Observe Medical") that she will resign from the Company's board of directors, effective 5 February 2025, in order to focus on her responsibilities as CEO of Navamedic ASA. Following the resignation, the board of directors will continue to constitute a quorum and is comprised of Terje Bakken (chair), Eskild Endrerud (board member) and Line Tønnessen (board member). The appointment of any replacement director is expected to be considered in relation to the Company's annual general meeting on 28 May 2025 (the "AGM"). Ms. Gamborg Andreassen has also informed that she has offered herself for election to the Company's nomination committee at the AGM.
