ODICO A/S: Initiates sale process of property

In continuation of the Company announcement no. 83-2023 of November 14th, 2023: please find the english version below:
ODICO A/S ("Odico" or "the Company") currently owns the property at Oslogade 1, 5000 Odense, which is used as the domicile of the Company.
As announced, most recently in the annual report for 2022/2023 cf. company announcement no. 79-2023 of 31.10.2023, Odico A/S has explored various options for releasing the equity in the property.
One of the options, the sale of the property, has attracted interest in the market, and negotiations with a possible buyer have begun. If negotiations result in a sale, the potential proceeds will strengthen Odico's capital base and potentially give Odico gross proceeds in the order of 10 million DKK.
Following a potential transaction, Odico A/S will continue its activities in the property.
